A typical trip might have you departing Mylor Harbour in the morning, anchoring off St. Anthony's Lighthouse and slipping into the water to receive some basic safety instruction in snorkel diving, going in close to the rocks to observe some of the fishes and other forms of life - perhaps even encountering a seal (there is a small colony of Atlantic grey seals in the area). Back on the boat to dry off and warm up and off to the Helford - a visit ashore perhaps - for a walk or lunch in a local pub? More sightseeing in the afternoon (or perhaps another swim) and then off to see more sea-life and seabirds? Your itinerary and activities are for you to decide, in conjunction with advice from the skipper who will suggest the safest areas with regard to weather and tide.
